Step by Step Instructions

Let's say you have the below screenshot

In Excel, on the Ribbon, select Data

and then From Picture.

Choose either "Picture from File" or "Picture from Clipboard" depending on where the image is saved

The below panel will pop up on the right hand side of your screen and imports the data. Where items are highlighted in red, it requires you to either accept that the information has been pulled in correctly or you can change it accordingly

Once all the data has been corrected, select where in your file or sheet you want to insert the data and click "Insert Data"

And Voila - your screenshot has been converted into Excel
